far IN LESS THAN 24HRS.
No sign of the Ol' Fat guy IN THE RED SUITor any Sleigh tracks at

area.

The OTW dinner included ham, turkey, mashed potato, stuffing,
boiled onions, turnip, hubbard squash (Cucurbita maxima),
butternut squash, diced carrots, peas and rolls plus
apple/chocolate-cream/cherry/pumpkin pie. The tank may look
large but capacity is not what it once was.
When Mr. Naramore arrived he raved for some time about the
attractiveness of the Olney Girls' garage noting that painters
were "real professionals". Being of the team of BeJeune &
Naramore he is in position to judge colors and painting.
Head_Bud received a shawl denoting U.S. Navy service to use as
cover during home time power naps. Bud wondered if your editor
knitted it himself. Bud_Light was most helpful in intelligence
gathering.

Today at IPG no cooling was required. For the record the outside
temp remained below freezing F.
Phyllis sent a thank-you card from "Precious" who was said to be

Watching the News and weather? Since 4pm 12/24 til 8pm 12/27, tonite, 57
inches of snow here in Big B. I'm exausted. Been outside since 6 AM and they
say another 10 to 20" more this evening and tomorrow AGAIN, same for The
weekend also. Good ol' lake effect snow.
I have drifts up to my gutters at home (8ft) here and couldn't even get
to the main drag to check out the store Its going to be even worse tomorrow
IF the plows come by and really bury us in. My Digital camera is at the shop
or I'd send you guys some pictures. UN-BELIEVABLE.
Well Friends, even your 4 X 4 wouldn't make it down a side street. We had
a Road Grader with a 8ft funnel plow refuse to turn down my street. Its going
to have to be bucketed out and loaded on trucks. What a Freekin' mess.
Enough of that for today, time to hit the showers and start all over
tomorrow.
Talk to you soon Guys, stay warm & well. If you don;t here from me in a
few days, send out the National Guard to shovel me out.

HELLO BUD BUDDIES,
Well Here's the scoop.
So.Buffalo is the worst of all. Comes right from the County Exec who has
traveled aroung the area in A Humm-V. Heres a little update.
Just fyi, we here in Buffalo NY since late Christmas Eve have a total of 92
inches of SNOW on the ground (still snowing) and we are just buried. We
always get a lot of snow but this is rediculous to say the least. I have a
tunnel from my back door at home to the front about 60 ft long and 8.5 feet
high well over my gutters. The snow blower can't through it any higher to get
over the top. Now the wind is picking up, can't see out the front window and
I guess it will drift in to every low spot around. I might get out sometime
in May if I'm Lucky.
Local stores if open are out af everything except like beer and pop.
No food of any value. Now the gas stations are running out and can not get
delivery. three awnings on houses across the street have been crushed and
slammed to the piles below. I haven't been able to get to my store to check
things their and am quite concerned. The store has a flat roof on it and
thats a real problem. All that wet snow has to weigh tons.
Another 10 to 24 inches tonite,,,,, and then Sunday, OH BOY ready for
this? Another storm to start and drop 18 to 36" with high winds, bitter cold
in the teens and drifting. What we have is called LAKE EFFECT because Lake
Erie is only 42o, not froze yet an the air temp is below 25o. Its just a
GIANT Snow making Machine Sunny So. Buffalo MY Big #&&.
I have my digital camera at the store and wish I had it here so I could send
you some pics. No way to describle this mess in words. Even pics wouldn't
tell the story but would be interesting.
Need a Humm-V just to get to the store then I wouldn't be able to get in
anyway.
Worse than that, being stuck in the house with my Cablelink that
hasn't worked in almost three days either. NO INTERNET.
HAPPY NEW YEAR just in case I can't get back to you before then.
You stay warm & stay well Buds.
Your triple B,
Buffalo Bud Buried

WPX went on a shopping trip to Filene's and Wallymart.
Head_Bud reported that he does not get to take power naps these
days (did not inquire as to state of red pillow).
At 1750 Bud_Light reported to the Robert J. Miller Funeral Home
to stand honor guard at the wake of good ol' Chester Shearer.
Returning at 1954 he reported that Chet's wife Phyllis was back
from a stint at Mass General Hospital and looked good considering
her recent ordeal.
Saturday 29
At 0926 Bud reported doing a fly-by at IPG where all construction
looked okay. He ate an Egg/Sausage MacMuffin which was clucking
back.
At 1039 Bud_Light left for final ceremonies for Chet.

Hi OTW: We had dinner at Bickfords in Worcester, Main south. He had
baked Scrod, I had a marvelous breakfast, 2 eggs over easy, 2 sausages,
to slabs of bacon, 2 pancakes, 2 slice of toast and a cup of tea. It was
my turn to pick a place and that was my choice. I am going to defrost a
New York cheesecake that I got from Omaha Steaks, when I ordered some
breaded veal ccutlets and some Chicken Kiev.,I have some strawberries
for a garnish, so that will be dessert for tomorrow.
Sunday 30
The WPX dinner was the best roast beef ever = *****. We won't
find that in a frozen red Stouffer's box.
WPX has added AOL Instant Messaging by voice to her list of
